How do I track multiple pieces of feedback?

You can track multiple pieces of feedback within an idea and measure customer feedback.

As similar feedback starts coming in, click on "Add to an idea" at the top of the feedback page. Select the link option, look for the idea, and click to save.

    Link to customer desire does not work, no visual cue of where to create as/link to an idea

    Hi Mark, Apologies the document was slightly out of date. You can sort the ideas list by feedback to view the qualitative aspect of number of feedback linked to ideas. To link a piece of feedback to an idea, simply click on 'Add to idea' in the feedback page (top right corner.) However, if you are a reviewer, you may not have access to do this as you have limited rights within the application.
