  • Publish/Delete (All products): Admin + publish creator (Editors can only delete publish items they create)
  • Edit: Admin, Editor
  • View only: Reviewer

If you wish to update the published roadmap, simply access the created version from the available list in the roadmap table under the Roadmap Publishing App.

You can update any filter and view option as needed. The only thing that cannot be changed are the product or product lines connected to the roadmap. If you wish to add or remove any products, you will need to start over.

Remember to save your changes in order for the existing embed codes and shared links to update.

Pushing updates to URLs and embeds

Any changes you make to your published roadmaps will automatically reflect on the created URLs and embed codes. You don't have to worry about having to change or update your links, just remember to hit save to push through the changes!
