- Publish/Delete (All products): Admin + publish creator (Editors can only delete publish items they create)
- Edit: Admin, Editor
- View only: Reviewer
With ProdPad you can publish your roadmap to a PDF, URL or embed code.
Printing to PDF allows you to create a snapshot of your roadmap in time, so if you ever need to refer to a particular version, you have a handy PDF to go back to.
To print your roadmap to PDF, access the roadmap and click on the publishing options at the top right, then select Save and Print to PDF.
If you'd like to keep track of PDF versions, you can always upload them back into the Product's Files section, so other users can refer to them when needed.
Top tip
If you're having issues printing our your roadmap, make sure you change the page size to A3. This will resize your roadmap to fit in the page nicely as opposed to breaking it down.
Make sure you also select background graphics so colors are displayed accordingly.
