Password Protected Roadmaps

  • Publish/Delete (All products): Admin + publish creator (Editors can only delete publish items they create)
  • Edit: Admin, Editor
  • View only: Reviewer

If you'd like to keep your roadmap shares secure, you can do so by adding a password to them.

To do so, click on Password protection next to the publishing options and toggle the slider to enable the password manager.

Enter the desired password and hit Save.

You will notice that the roadmap now has a lock next to it indicating a password has been set.
