Tags are global throughout ProdPad, meaning that once created, tags will appear on all of the Tag dropdown menus available. 

You can find or add a new tag from within any idea by simply clicking on the tag attribute, typing the name and selecting Create and add if it does not already exist.

To manage all tags, you can do so from the tagging menu under Account Settings > Tags.
