What are CoPilot Suggestions?

Built with the latest artificial intelligence, our helpful CoPilot Suggestions have been created to maximize efficiency for our users by keeping their product backlog tidy.

How can CoPilot Suggestions help you?

CoPilot Suggestions appear throughout the app to highlight when Ideas and Feedback might be related. Just click the icon to open the slide-out and view the suggested connections.

From here, you can review any related Ideas or Feedback and choose to group them together by clicking the Link icon or link them as duplications by clicking the Duplication icon. If a suggestion isn’t relevant to what you’re working on, simply mark it as unrelated by clicking the Not Related icon.

Why should I use CoPilot Suggestions?

CoPilot Suggestions use intelligent matching to surface related items—helping you spot dependencies, highlight areas to prioritize, and gain insights into your product’s performance based on similar customer Feedback. In short, it helps you and your product team stay focused on what matters most, while automatically flagging duplicates to merge and connections to consider.

You mentioned duplications?

Let’s face it—product managers have a lot on their plates. It’s nearly impossible to remember every single Idea or piece of Feedback stored in the system. That’s where CoPilot Suggestions comes in. It acts as a second set of eyes, helping you spot duplicate Ideas or Feedback that might have slipped through the cracks. By keeping things tidy, it frees you up to focus on what really matters.

How does CoPilot Suggestions do all this?

CoPilot Suggestions uses natural language processing and machine learning—core functions of AI—as part of an evolving set of features being rolled out across ProdPad. It analyzes the content of your Ideas and Feedback by applying weighted relevance. This helps it understand what’s important in your account. When you’re viewing a specific Idea, CoPilot looks through the text to identify key terms, then searches for related Ideas and Feedback that might be connected.
