You can set impact/effort for the work required to complete each initiative. This allows you to give an overall expectation and understanding to the rest of your team.

To add priority scoring to an initiative, click on it to open the canvas. Next, click Scoring to view the impact and effort scores. Click the dropdown box to select the priority scoring for each score. 

The priority added here will not impact the priority of ideas linked to the initiative, as each idea can have its own individual priority scoring.

Once priority has been added, you will see the small chart on the initiative preview (provided you've selected the Detailed option from Saved Views. You can learn more about Saved Views here).
