There are a few ways to keep an eye on roadmap updates:
From Roadmap Initiatives
All roadmap initiatives have a timestamp under the Attributes column that indicates when they were added and last updated. You can also choose to show or hide this information by clicking the Show less button, located above the Date added field.
From Revision History
Like many items across ProdPad, initiatives have a revision history.
To view it, click on the initiative to open the canvas and click on the ellipsis tool followed by Revision History.
Here, you will find all recent changes made to the initiative, as well as the user who made those changes.
If you are an admin, editor, or assigned product manager, you will also be able to revert those changes by clicking on the listed item and then selecting undo. To do this, select the activity in the revision history you'd like to undo.
Next, hover your cursor over the right-hand side of the revision history activity until the Undo option appears. From here, just click Undo to revert the change.
From the Audit Log
The Audit Log is available with all of our advanced modules as well as on the following legacy plans: Performance and Enterprise.
It will show every action taken by all users within the account, including the specific action, item and time and date. The list can be exported as a PDF if needed.
The audit log is available under Account Settings > Audit Log.
