I'm stuck on Offline mode - what can I do?

If you're stuck on offline mode, chances are your IT team needs to open up websockets in order to allow the app to function as expected.

Note that the following URLs need to be enabled:

Important!

Once you are back online, please be sure to refresh your screen to sync all items to the database.

If you log out before any items are synced, data will be lost and cannot be recovered.
