Save new Email Parser by Zapier emails as feedback in ProdPad

If you want to recieve feedback in ProdPad using parsed out email, you can do that using Zapier.

You will need:

Step 1: Getting your accounts ready

To connect your ProdPad account to Zapier, make sure you have a Zapier Premium plan. You can learn more about getting started with Prodpad on Zapier here.

To link your ProdPad account to Email Parser by Zapier you must have an active Zapier account and an active Parser mailbox. For more information about getting started with Parser, and to create your mailbox, go here.

Click here to save newly parsed Emails as ProdPad feedback.

1. Select the Mailbox that you will use to trigger this Zap. Click Save + Continue.

2. Connect with your ProdPad account by specifying your API Key. You can grab this from under the API Keys tab in Profile Settings on ProdPad. Alternatively, select an already connected account. Click Yes, continue.

3. Select which Email Parser fields will be used to populate Feedback content in ProdPad. We recommend you map username and email by default, as this will be used as part of the unique identifier.

4. Click Save + Finisht o complete the Zap.

Now test the Zap to make sure it works. Once you're satisfied with the results, you're all set to turn parsed Emails into ProdPad feedback!

Note: If you ever want to change this ProdPad and Email Parser by Zapier integration, just go to your Zapier dashboard and tweak anything you'd like.
