Local support

ProdPad can work with your local JIRA instance, you'll just need to open up your firewall to let the ProdPad/JIRA integration do it's thing. To do that, open up to the following IP addresses:

• 54.247.172.34
• 54.217.225.11
• 54.217.204.86
• 54.217.204.99
• 54.246.88.218
• 54.247.188.205
• 54.228.226.166  

As for ports, it's 443 if using SSL and 80 if not using SSL. We are using standard HTTP ports when accessing the JIRA servers.

For JIRA Cloud we support the latest version supported by Atlassian (at this time 7.2.x)

For Jira NextGen we support the latest Cloud version.
