Two Factor Authentication

Add an additional layer of security to your ProdPad workspace by implementing Two Factor Authentication (2FA) to ensure only trusted users can access your company's data. 

2FA requires your users to provide extra verification of their identity when logging in. This works with Google SSO, Microsoft SSO and basic authentication (username/password).

Enabling 2FA

To enable 2FA for your whole account, navigate to Account Settings > Security > 2FA

Toggle on the Enforce 2FA option. You should see a confirmation message if 2FA is successfully enabled.

2FA is now enabled for all users, when they next login they will be prompted to set up 2FA with their chosen authenticator app. New users will be prompted to set this up when accepting their invite.
