February 4th

Bug Fixes

• Fixed an issue where Reviewers could not be assigned as Idea Owners, edit owned Ideas, or edit their own Ideas, ensuring correct permissions across the app. 🔧
• Fixed an issue where setting a Month Target Date would incorrectly flip back a date or quarter, ensuring accurate scheduling when using the Target Dates feature. 📅
• Fixed an issue where adding an Initiative to the Now column on a blank Roadmap incorrectly placed it in the Later column. Initiatives will now be created in the selected column as expected. 📌
• Fixed an issue where the bulk selection checkbox incorrectly displayed both a tick and a dash icon. The checkbox now correctly reflects selection states across all affected lists. ☑️

February 6th

Bug Fixes

• Added an empty state to the Candidates and Completed Roadmap views for users who don't have permission to add an initiative. 🚀📄
• Fixed an issue where Display Options for Sandbox Admin accounts did not retain settings, ensuring preferences are saved correctly. ⚙️✅

February 11th

Bug Fixes

• Fixed an issue that prevented Editors from deleting Ideas from the Idea Canvas. Editors are now able to delete Ideas directly from the Idea canvas as intended. 📝
• Added Enter key handling to allow users to log in via SAML SSO more smoothly when accessing ProdPad, improving the sign-in experience. 🔑
• Fixed a bespoke issue when linking a User Story to an Initiative, ensuring seamless association. 🔗
• Fixed a CoPilot description generation error that occurred when multiple Feedback was linked to an Idea, ensuring accurate CoPilot results. 🤖
• Implemented error handling for emails with large content that triggered a 552 error code, ensuring smoother processing and delivery. 📧
• Fixed an issue where emails with non-UTF-8 encoding caused the email dropbox to fail, ensuring reliable email retrieval. ✅

Improvements

• Added the ability for CoPilot to fetch data using the name/title of Objectives, Ideas, and Initiatives, making searches more intuitive. 🔍

February 14th

Bug Fixes

• Resolved an issue where navigating from Ideas or Feedback to Roadmaps displayed incorrect breadcrumbs. 🧭
• Reduced CoPilot’s standard width to 500px, providing more space for the underlying page and improving usability. 📏 🖥️
• Made refinements to CoPilot’s system instructions, improving accuracy and responsiveness. 🤖

February 18th

Bug Fixes

• We’ve addressed several issues related to Target Dates, ensuring a smoother and more reliable experience:
• Fixed an issue where only the text was clickable on the date picker options. Now, the entire button is correctly interactive.
• Resolved an issue where Target Dates appeared in the preview but were missing in the published view of a Published Roadmap.
• Fixed an issue where Target Dates were missing in the Roadmap Publishing preview when the Detailed display option was selected from View Settings.
• Corrected a timezone-related issue where Target Dates set to Day or Quarter rolled back when viewed in a later timezone. Dates now display as expected across all time zones.

These fixes ensure Target Dates function correctly across all views and settings. 🚀

• Updated the in-app pricing page to include sales information and make plan selection easier, ensuring a smoother experience. 💳
• Improved the way we handle failures when retrieving DNS records during account domain verification, ensuring smoother error handling and retry logic. 🌐

February 25th

New Features

• You can now pause Jira sync on a pushed Idea with the new “Pause Jira Sync” button in the Idea Canvas. This gives you the flexibility to update your Idea in ProdPad before resyncing, preventing unwanted data overwrites! You can learn more about how the Pause Jira Sync feature works here. 

Bug Fixes

• Fixed an issue where text appeared backward when typing in the Initiative description field and in the Comments field after using the Voting feature. ✍️
• Fixed an issue where Idea Cards wouldn’t stay in place on the Workflow and would move back to their original position. ✅
• Fixed an issue where the Completed Initiative Date would shift back a day due to a timezone discrepancy. ⏳
