We can’t say this enough: share your roadmap. It’s no fun to be kept in the dark. Give them the gift of your roadmap so they know exactly what’s coming up in the pipeline.

Alternatively, be sure that your team knows they can come to you for any assistance. This goes beyond using any particular software. Make yourself available to answer any questions your team may have. We know you’re busy, so if you can’t have face to face meetings, maybe consider having bi-weekly team meetings to make sure everyone is on the same page.
