Prioritizing feedback is always an interesting task. You may be flooded with thousands of feedback items from your clients, so let’s start with the most useful thing you can do: filtering.
Filter your feedback by tags and link similar feedback to one another. This way you’ll not only who who’s telling you what, but you’ll start noticing overall themes within your community.
As this feedback evolves, it will eventually turn into an actual idea. You can then reach back to the subset of clients that initially reached out to you and ask them some key questions to help you develop the specs.
Now that you have a better idea of what you’re building, assign the impact the idea would have on the overall usage of the platform and the effort it would take to get it done. Effort could involve cost, commitment of resources (development team, time, money, etc) and training of your own crew.
