How do I delete Customer Feedback?
When it comes to cleaning up your Customer Feedback backlog, there are two options available: deleting or archiving feedback.
If a snippet is deleted there is no way to recover it.
If a snippet is archived, it will be placed on the archived list, which you can access by clicking on the State filters of the Customer Feedback page.
To activate an archived snippet, simply click change the state on the feedback.
