How do I add a new contact?

To add a new contact, go to the Customer Feedback section and click on the Contacts tab.

Once there, click on "Add a new contact."

The following fields are available:

Contact details

  • Name
  • Email (unique identifier - be sure to enter this to avoid creating duplicates)
  • Phone Number
  • Twitter URL
  • Job Role
  • Bio
