How do I edit a contact?

To edit a customer, click on the customer name from the feedback list, then navigate to the About section.

The following fields are available:

Contact details

  • Name
  • Email (unique identifier - be sure to enter this to avoid creating duplicates)
  • Phone Number
  • Twitter URL
  • Job Role
  • Bio
