Why can't I see my Github repos?

If you have added the Github integration but don't see your repos in the dropdown menu, try the following:

  • Check if their organization has "Policy: Access restricted" enabled
    -- Organization > Settings > Third-Party access

If it is enabled, please follow these steps:

  • Delete the GitHub integration in ProdPad
  • Revoke access for the ProdPad application in your Github account: https://github.com/settings/applications
  • Rereate new GitHub integration
  • Grant access again to ProdPad and re-authorize

You should now see all your repos in the ProdPad integration.
