Fixes

• Editors on Essential plans can now create objectives again!
• Expired accounts now have vu_settings so that they can save list states etc when they upgrade. I don't actually know what this means.
• When sharing an item the text now wraps as it does on Discussions. Yay for consistency!
• Upgrade to Froala 2.9.3. including fixes to pasting from external sources, hyperlink keyboard shortcuts and dragging image fixes.
• Long roadmap card titles wrap on idea view.
• Roadmap columns now scroll when dragging ideas from the slideout.
