Improvements

• Improvement to tag searchability
• Updates to the idea attribute slide out and panel. This includes removal of the "author" drop down to allow for multiple owners very soon.

Fixes

• Website preview on widget has been removed and replaced with a placeholder
• Minor CSS fixes to dashboard and rainbow bar, for the unicorn in you.
• Idea Chart number overlapping fixed
• Removed unlink feedback from bulk options where it didn't belong, because lolz.
