Discussions [BETA TESTERS ONLY]

• Fix to edited comments with @ mentions on canvas now triggering a notification.
• Discussions no longer prompting disappearing acts.
• Added some nice loading animations. 
• Stopped the header jumping on the slideout.
• The phantom pip notification should now only appear when there is actually a conversation. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
• Avatars now showing correctly in the Discussion preview list.
