Fixes

• Improved form validation, so you no longer have to wonder what's missing!
• Fixed an issue that affected creation order of ideas.
• Fixed that weird placeholder for 'description' on user stories.
• Fixed a bug that allowed reviewers to make changes to products and ideas from idea canvas. oops.
• Fixed an issue that affected saving idea titles when in triage mode.
• Tab away! The cursor will no longer reset itself when tabbing from field to field. 
• Issue resolved for date added showing as 'a few seconds ago.' 
• Sort order fixed when enabling and disabling filters.
