App Shortcodes

In ProdPad, we’ve got a variety of shortcuts, or ‘shortcodes’, you can use to link people, ideas, and personas without having to lift a finger. The available shortcodes are:

• Using @ to tag colleagues
• Using $ to link to user personas
• Using # to link to ideas
