Team Member Resources: How to log in to ProdPad
If you have Google, Slack or SAML added to your account, feel free to copy/paste the instructions below for your team members.
To log in using Google SSO:
- Go to the ProdPad login page at https://app.prodpad.com/login
- Enter your email address in the email input field
- Google Apps will match your email address and provide you with the Google SSO option
Slack
Once the admin has confirmed that Slack SSO has been added:
- Go to the ProdPad sign up page at https://app.prodpad.com/signup
- Click on Slack
- Authenticate that you're part of the correct team
After the first authentication, next time you go to the ProdPad login page at https://app.prodpad.com/login, after the email is entered in the email input, the Slack option will always show as available.
SAML/ADFS
Once SAML has been added by the admin:
- Go to the ProdPad login page at https://app.prodpad.com/login
- Enter your email address in the email input field.
- Select the SAML button to authenticate yourself.
