Cancelling Your Account
Roles and Permissions
If you'd like to cancel your account, go to Account Settings > Plan details and click on "Cancel Account" at the bottom right.
Once selected, you'll be presented with a slide-out containing cancelation reasons, and an option to provide further feedback. Once you've proceeded with the cancelation, your account will automatically close at your next billing date.
If you're paying by invoice, or if the account admin has left and you have a different role, please contact us directly.
