I'm having issues fetching/pushing to required fields, what can I do?

Check for any blockers
If you are having issues fetching or pushing to required fields, it may be that your JIRA set up has a selective block.
To resolve this, contact your JIRA admin and ask them to open up the following IP addresses:
- 54.247.172.34
- 54.217.225.11
- 54.246.88.218
- 54.217.204.86
- 54.247.188.205
- 54.217.204.99
- 54.228.226.166
If you are using HTTPS then port 443 will need to be opened, otherwise open port 80 for HTTP.
Make sure all fields are visible
In order for us to fetch fields properly, they must be set to 'visible on form.' If they aren't set to visible, the API won't be able to fetch them.
