- When copying text from one idea to another now - this now inks the two ideas as related

- We've fixed an issue where SSO domains could be created when a verified domain already exists
- We've also made it so only external urls linked to integrations can be paused
- The tags table no longer disappears when all tags are selected (Phew!)
