February 1st

Bug Fixes

• We have fixed a bug that was preventing OKR status updates to render line breaks. 🩹
• We have fixed an issue where replying to a thread in Slack was creating a new thread in ProdPad. 🔧
• Slack user reference entries will now be deleted for users whose role is removed from a ProdPad account. 🗑️
• We have fixed an issue where non-Jira integration mapping for statuses was not saving when content mapping was saved for the first time. 🩹

February 6th

Bug Fixes

• We have fixed an issue where unrelated ideas were showing as linked ideas in the feedback ideas list.🔧
• The out-of-memory issue when syncing Jira issues to ProdPad Ideas has been fixed. We have also addressed bugs when pushing Ideas to Jira. 🛠️

February 8th

Bug Fixes

• We have fixed an issue where Feedback was showing as blank when being viewed as the view type was not selected on the page load.🔧

February 13th

• We have fixed an issue where SAML authentication types were not displaying the configuration values when being edited. 🩹
• The Ideas-related feedback list will no longer include feedback from deleted contacts. 🛠️

February 20th

New Features

• When feedback is successfully submitted via the email dropbox, a confirmation email will now be sent to the user confirming the submission. 📮

• We have fixed an issue that was preventing User Stories from being sorted. ;🔧
• We have fixed a Jira syncing issue that occurs when the same external ID exists in more than one external link. 🛠️
• We have fixed an issue that was affecting the "when initiative is moved to completed archive associated ideas" automation when a deleted idea was associated to an initiative. 🛠️

New Features

• The Initiative and Idea canvas both have a brand new look and feel! You should now enjoy a much more optimized user experience when creating and managing Initiatives and Ideas in ProdPad. Any feedback on these new features is always welcomed, so please let us know your thoughts through our usual support channels.

Bug Fixes

• We have made an improvement to the Automations rule for "when" and "then" that allows setting up this type of rule before the automation has been applied. 🪄
• We have fixed an issue that prevented Editors from being able to add Product Objectives and corrected a typo in the Product Objective slide-out menu. 🛠️
• We have fixed an issue that was causing Ideas and User stories to be duplicated when pushing an Idea to Jira. 🩹
