December 5th

New Features

  • Workflow peek view now has full Idea canvas functionality, you no longer need to click through to work on your ideas. 👀
  • All files are now allowable for upload via the Customer Feedback Portal. 📎
  • Pushing from ProdPad to Jira when an Issue is already linked now updates the mapped content instead of creating a new issue. 🔄

Bug Fixes

  • The frequency chart is back under the Idea linked feedback tab, we know you all missed it. 🫥

December 7th

Bug Fixes

  • Selecting and reset filters in workflow peek view no longer hides feedback and linked ideas lists. 🫣
  • Create new user story is back in the slide out. 🪄

December 13th

New Features

  • Empty states have been updated across the entire app. 🆕
  • We have made updates to the AI summarization feature to improve summarization of feedback. ⚙️
  • The cleaning of feedback has been improved prior to signals analysis to reduce false signals (e.g. ones like "Thanks!") 🧹
